The work consists of an interview on the subject of improvisation, which I conducted with the gatekeeper of the University of Music and Performing Arts in Stuttgart. In order to analyze her activity, we worked out a score to visualize her work structure.

Ms. Krutzke’s job was outsourced, which means for her that she gets only 75% of her previous salary for the same work. Because she has been the “good soul” at the HMDK Stuttgart for 14 years despite worsening working conditions, I would like to tell her story because I think it should be heard.
